Search like in Pokémon GO

This search box understands the same syntax as the in-game Pokémon GO search. You can paste a search string copied from Godex or type your own to filter the cards on screen.

Operators
&
AND — combines conditions. The vertical bar | also means AND, just like in the game.
,
OR — any of the values. Semicolon ; and colon : work too. OR groups bind tighter than &: shiny&1,4 means shiny AND (1 or 4).
!
NOT — excludes a single term: !1-151 hides Kanto. Repeat it per exclusion: !legendary&!mythical.
1-151
Pokédex number ranges: 1-151 (between), 152- (from 152 up), -251 (up to 251). Mix them freely: 1-9,25,133-136.
pika
Any other text searches Pokémon names by prefix, like the game: "pika" finds Pikachu. Both English and Spanish names match.
Keywords

Keywords are matched in your app language and always in English too. Numbers, ranges and symbols are universal across languages.

shiny
Shiny cards (shiny collections).
costume, event
Costume / event forms. "event" also works.
shadow
Shadow Pokémon collections.
purified
Purified Pokémon collections.
lucky
Lucky Pokémon collections.
mega
Mega Evolutions.
dynamax
Dynamax Pokémon.
gigantamax
Gigantamax Pokémon.
legendary
Legendary Pokémon.
mythical
Mythical Pokémon.
male, female, genderunknown
Cards by gender in gender-split collections.
kanto, johto, hoenn, …
Region names (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn…) filter by the region a Pokémon belongs to.
4*
4* matches every card of a 100% IV (hundo) collection. Other star ratings depend on your own Pokémon, so they match nothing here.
Examples
1-151
Every Kanto Pokémon by Pokédex number.
kanto,johto
Pokémon from Kanto or Johto.
legendary&!150
Legendaries except Mewtwo.
pika
Names starting with "pika".
female&25,133
Female cards of Pikachu or Eevee in gender-split collections.
Copy search string

The button generates a string ready to paste into Pokémon GO, based on the active tab:

  • All: every Pokémon in this collection.
  • Have: only the Pokémon already caught.
  • Need: only the Pokémon still missing.

The string adapts to the collection: shiny, shadow, costume or other type keywords are prepended in your language, hundo collections add 4*, and Pokédex numbers are compressed into ranges. Numbers work in every game language.

Not supported here

Filters that depend on data only your game knows (CP, HP, IVs per stat, moves with @, buddy level, age, distance, tags with #, evolution and trade status…) cannot be evaluated on a collection page. Like any unknown word, they are treated as a name search and will simply match nothing.
